we indians never really believe our own culture and the traditions .what now is called the term science has been waving all through many many years . but none of us have the creativity to develop as our own while the west take these ideas and develop more . we learn from their analyizations and they market to us .we always borrow everything from these guys , though its our own responsibilty to develop these . In no time they are regarded as indians everything is derived from the west soon as the terms are derived by them and the future will only read abt these .No body will be interested to look into past.
grow up fellow people , appreciations are not enough for these . think beyond it.Just add some more to the future which resembles something of india .
sorry if some one hurts ,but it is out of heart from a true indian.

everyone’s learning sanskrit, unleashing vedic secrets except for us indians who spend time in caste disputes(dont resolve them but intensify)
the invasions both muslim and european misdirected our scientific way of living to a less scientific one. We could not defend ourselves as we did not learn it. we followed though, to keep it long but never really understood.
today if we can relearn it would make a better, more advanced world with more reasoning and less unnecessary digitization like the one we came from.
hope we would be able to produce another susrutha, varahamihira, aryabhatta to name some.

I think it’s high time we stopped basking in the past glory which was way back thousands of years ago. It is doing more harm than good. Compared to the contributions of the western world in terms of technology, medicine, arts, economics, our contribution is infinitesimal. and we shamelessly try to boast about our them! why, what happened to us now. are we all dead beings? obviously we are contributing almost nothing to the world except indian restaurants and cheap labor.
We are no different from other third world countries which don’t have a say or clout in the international arena. Before even thinking about contributing something let us first fix our homes, and try to improve our lives, and ethics. Every country however small or insignificant, might have contributed something to the world, so what?! If we continue with the same attitude, even after 1000 yrs from now future generations would have nothing except boasting the same story that we are doing, chess, zero, sushruta, nalanda & takshasila,.. take a break!
