Pakistan’s foriegn affairs will be used only to show off the west that Pakistan is working “hard” for containing Terrorism, where as, the reality is quite opposite. The book by Musharaaf is nothing but one more gimmick for that show off.
Adding to that, Westren media also seems to be on the side of Pak only. I noticed many times when analysts discuss on terrorism, they mention only 9/11, Lodon and Madrid attacks. Not even one time they about the recent Mumbai killings!!

Well some one said Pakistan won the Kargil war but why did they deny that saying “Freedom Fighters” were involved. Please answer that question and regarding who won the war….everyone knows India was appreciated for not scaling up the war.

Musharraf understod clearly that Pakistan is losing fame internationally with all its “fox” like activities. He wanted to restore little bit of fame by turning lot of blames and lies to other countries which in turn will protect his presidential position in Pakistan. That is the only reason for him to write this book while he is still in ruling. That is not usually done internationally. He published it in hurry just because of that reason. If that is not the reason he would have taken time to write it once he is off his position.
