Sonu, you are accurate to the point.
From Myside, I think Guriji's biggest asset can be local search.

Firstly, I just cant wait to appreciate the efforts of these search engines "BY Indians, FOR Indians and TO Indians". Just had a look at both the sites in a parallel comparison and this is what i found out.

(1) At the very first sight its obvious that both of them used the 3 colors of Indian Flag... with a little to lot variation ofcourse.
(2) Kosmiz is catogory based and seems like limited to catogory. you cannot just search anything whereas Guriji is just like any other search engine and also collects a lot of businesses related search like searching for a nearby pizza spots around a particular city etc.
(3) Both searches dont seem to be pretty accurate. But understanding the fact that both are in Beta, I guess its a good suggestion for them to develop code pieces to understand the user input thoroughly like google does. Also they need to crawl a lot more pages, businesses, tourist spots, travel spots, road maps and get more towards being like Google (w.r.t services) from Indian Standpoint.

I might be mising a lot of points here. Plz feel free to add or deny.

Anyway, Good Work to those search engine creators and to Nighi team for making us aware of such fantastic happenings. Keep it Up!!!

Thanks,
