The Andhra Assembly witnessed a new low on Monday when Chief Minister YS Rajashekhar Reddy hurled verbal abuses at Opposition leader Chandrababu Naidu in full public view. “I will wipe you out. I will expose you in such a way that you will repent having born to your mother,? Reddy bellowed inside the house.
The Chief Minister said things, which many may never expect from a man in his position. Reddy lost his cool during a heated debate over a mining lease issued to his friend and expelled BJP MLC Janardhan Reddy’s company.
YSR later offered an unconditional apology to TDP leader Chandrababu Naidu after a war of words that brought the state assembly to a standstill.”I have great respect for mothers. I have not said anything derogatory against anyone’s mother,” said YSR. Naidu said he was deeply insulted by the CM’s remarks in the Assembly on Monday.”I am deeply insulted and humiliated. I am not attending the assembly for the next three days as the speaker is not giving me the mike to express my views,” said Naidu.
This indeed shows how low Indian Politics can go. It is unfortunate that World’s largest democracy has such leaders. Where are we heading? How shame of us to elect such leaders? Whom do you think we need to blame?

Unfortunately this is not the worst we have had, in the past there have been assemblies where people started throwing stuff at each other (our politicians were like a bunch of monkeys throwing feces at each other). Most of our politicians are uneducated and for the most part act uncivilized, can you really blame them for being themselves, blame us for being stupid enough to elect them as out leaders.
Politicians in south India Chennai have fought publicly. They used the police force to arrest the apposing party when they came to power. We have to face the fact, the Indian public is stupid to remain loyal to a bunch of monkeys who claim to represent our interest when in reality there are there for their own selfish gains.
In regards to this issue people should be smart enough to vote for the apposing party when a politician shows his true colors in public. This is no way for a leader of a state to act.

Even world famous Tirupathi temple is not spared.

I guess its very unlikely of a Chief Minister to utter such words, I have been following the assembly when that incident happened and days before that too, its YSR’s mistake.
YSR and his family was involved in this allleged leasing scam of 57,000 crore rupees and Chief Minister’s son Jagan was one of the partner.
YSR and his son together are opening up a newspaper, a steel factory, a cement factory, a mining lease..do they have sense?

You can’t really do much about changing the state of politics in India. Damage has been done for so long that such incidents are not taken serious anymore by the public. Even if they do it won’t last long coz something else comes up and peoples’ attention gets diverted. I just wish the face of the govt in AP would change like it is shown in some movies. Educated people should take over the govt and actually CBN did a great job as CM. I am not really sure what went behind the doors, but he did revolutionize the state. Almost 80% of the MLA’s are big time rowdy’s who have a successful track record in the police records. But action against them will not be taken. It will be atleast another 40 years before things can change the way we want them to.

Show the actual video clipping of the assembly and what they are shouting in the assembly. That will actually make sense for the actual tax payers to decide to whom they should vote and the fans/party members whom they are supporting and why they are supporting.
Please note that the news video clippings coverage is just the opinion of the news channels. But when you show the actual assembly video clippings then every one can get a chance to realize, that is what it is showed in the developed countries.

Everybody has limits to patience. YSR attracted more than 10000 crore investments in 3 years. CBN in his whole 9 years attracted less than 10000 crore. CBN is desperate to prevent new comming industies to AP. He came to a decision that he can not win in next election if the developemnet goes in this pace. In every caste there are good and bad guys. You can not say that all Reddys are bad and land grabbers. Since this is not the right place, if you give your personal email ID i will explain you in detail about Reddys service for the public for decades and I will give you names of Reddy legends starting from Yogi Vemana. For everybody their own caste is pride and don’t try to humiliate other castes.In CBN’s 9 year period he grabed lot of land along with his partner Jayabheri Murali mohan. Ysr is much dedicated for the developement of our state. He is good in heart and not cunning like Babu. Everyday he helps lot of poor people through CM relief fund. Go and ask them who is god according to them.

I am very sorry to see the way YSR behaved in assembly.I know they don’t have self respect, but why do they forget that its on tv and people may see it. In every country there are parties,oppositions and all, but i doubt they behave like this.
I think our ministers should be given thorough training in manners and behavior before coming into power.
Also they should introduce a minimum 15 years of education as an eligibility criteria for politics.That must clean half of the indecency we have in our country politics.

As a helpless NRI, I have always been thinking, what can be done to my village/city/town then to my district, then over all to my state to be as prosperous as it is in the state I am living now, Virginia.
Is Indian politics/political party the only tool to at least start looking at the complex goal? We all know how badly our System is corrupted and polluted at every level, NO EXCEPTIONS.
I do not blame either CBN or YSR. I blame so called educated poor (NRIs) people like us. Because most of us are highly skilled professional enjoying a happy living at respective countries.

Chandra babu Naidu and two news papers in Andhra Pradesh are playing dramas against CM Dr.Raja Sekhar Reddy. There are some industrialists coming to backward Kadapa Dist to invest and create jobs. TDP and Newspapers are obstrcuting the prosperity of growth in backward regions like Kadapa Dist.
