It was made with a Hi8 handy cam and edited at home. There was no budget for the film. It was an experiment to see if I could put things together. I am not a professional and this is my first attempt.

Nothing worth to get selected for NY film festival. The story line is about arresting a vice CEO of a company on charges of serial killing. This appears more as a news clipping rather than movie. This does not require more than a two minute filming. Neither there is a need for a director nor actors for this type of story line.

I feel you have not watched the movie completely. He is not arrested on charges of serial killings..he is arrested on charges of sexual harassment.

I have not understood a single sec of this movie.. the name seemed a little appealing but was more than disappointed to watch this and also when the film is nominated for some great event.Just waste of time and damn bad and useless flick..
This is by far the worst of the worst of the worst movies I have ever seen.
Why the heack are you recording something in your camcorder, mixing some old telugu and hindi film background music and copying the plots from english and hindi and telugu movies. This is absolute nonsense.
I would strongly recommend everyone to thrash this movie.

If I’m not wrong, these kind of short movies are made by students who study filmography or sth similar to that. So they have limited resources and budget. And this movie is a far better one if u compare other movies made in this category.
I have seen some short movies similar to these which were sent to NY Intl festival. This one is very good compared to those. They judge these movies on how he/she handles the camera, acting, story, background,…. Dont watch this movie comparing with spielberg movies. Out and out this movie is very good.

i think this is the director’s first attempt to film his idea through camcorder. instead of publishing it as a Short film , he would have said incident at lake . the old line , he is not filmed what he felt i belive. not innovative. i wish has to do more trials before naming it as a movie. never the less good try . oneday you may succeed.
This is far better than the AAG shit which RGV made and all the crap movies he is making with huge starcast and copied,lifted plots. He is giving tremendous losses to the producers and also the people who go and watch them.
RGV films of late are going from bad to worse and no need of even one dollar to rent them.

Suspend the panel that selected this movie for NY film festival. It is better if you explain us the story in breif, atelast at the ending. I can’t even understand the director’s idea?
Theek bola Abhinav bhai. Yeh festival vaalonko dismiss karna maangtha. Kuch bhi samajh nahi aaya filum. Aise hi filums sab festivalon pe lagaathe maa ke l**** log. Hum jaise logonko kya samajh aayega..unko bhi agar samajh nahin aaya tho festival mein chunthe shaayad.
okay the movie is been made by an amateur but then atleast the subject and theme should have been cleared ,yup.
Throughout the movie I couldn’t make out what is happening and what finally happenned.The Movie if in case has been selected for NY film festival ther should have been basic criteria to account it as atleat an average flick.
This is not to demotivate the director but atleast the views from the audiences will give him a fair idea what people seel least in a movie is a clear subject line.
After reading the feedbacks by different viewers, I think desivideos.net is not the right place to host this film. No wonder people are not able to understand the film. This is meant for the desi crowds who come here to see some telugu and hindi films and not those who watch english movies.
I would advise the moderators to take this film off the website.
who ever made this story, it was not bad…not too good, it was very vague. Story was more of bits and pieces. Very confusing..Better luck next time.

good joke by the ‘indian idol’ guy. Clearly he has copied sixth sense movie in showing that a person has not realised that he/she is dead.
Also if the director thinks it is some abstract art that only art lovers or ‘thinkers’ can understand then good luck to him. This world is full of common people with common sense. maybe you are not one!!! So dont post your precious art form in this public platform where you are bound to be critisized for making such foolish movies.
As far appreciation is concerned ‘ take a break dude’ the movie sucks in all aspects, all desis with pseudo accents, worst screenplay, a very abrupt story (copied from sixth sense), …………

Is the director serious?
I wouldn’t have cared to watch this movie but seeing 20 comments (highest I have seen so far on any movie). I saw the movie. It is not bad for a first attempt with no budget. There is at least a story, actors, acting, a start and a finish. People who are talking about the screenplay should come and explain what is a screenplay?
If you get a chance watch the official Manoj Shyamalan’s films, Praying with Anger(1992) and Wide Awake (1998) before Sixth Sense. You have to see those movies before you compare this with Sixth Sense. Sixth Sense had a great script and an excellent star cast and above all a big studio to support.
Coming to the dead not knowing that they are dead till the last frame, “According to M. Night Shyamalan, the movie (Sixth Sense) was inspired by an episode of “Are You Afraid of the Dark?” (1992) called “Are You Afraid of the Dark?: The Tale of the Dream Girl (#3.10)” (1994) directed by David Winning in which leading characters are ignored by somebody and don’t realize that they are dead until the final moment. In The Tale of the Dream Girl, a brother discovers that only his sister can see him and she ultimately shows him his own obituary.â€

I think it is a decent movie for a starter..Srikanth good luck for your future projects but take care of production values and don’t compromise on quality for money. You must be proud that people are comparing your film Sixth Sense, one of the biggest Hollywood hits of all times.
Lastly, eight out of ten from India especially the ones in US and other countries think that they can make a better movie than Shyamalan or RGV. But none of them does anything other than posting comments. You have taken one step..good.
