I guess MS wants to get a big share in the online ad business. heard the rev of online ad business in 2008 will be huge.
MS is offering a huge premium..that is awesome. But also heard that yahoo is ready with poison pill.
i would hate yahoo if that happens.
I don’t think this deal will help Microsoft much. I feel Microsoft need to invent any thing new. After OS there is no major invention for Microsoft. Apple and Google both have progressed leaps and bounds with there inventions, Microsoft is just cashing on some thing which it has invented almost decades back. Microsoft need to concentrate and invent some thing new.
I would say Yahoo should not accept this offer, though it’s share price had gone down and it is not making profits upto expectations. But, still they are making profits. I am sure MS is planning to take over Yahoo! the huge search engine company to compete with Google. Well no idea how its gonna benefit our country but Bill Gates just wanna make their profits or reach the peaks. This is just my thought. No idea whatz gonna happen next???
It could be a great deal for Yahoo whose stock prices are dwindling, but it is bad news for the world wide web in general…
