I was always against lallo for his fodder scam (by the way I am from AP)..But, after hearing his budgets for railways this year and knowing that he is a subject research for Harvard MBA, I had to rethink again..Harvard sent a team of 13 of their best graduate students to India to research Lallos reforms..within Railways HISTORY he's been the one with the highest income generator as a Minister. Now, English is not education. English is a Language. This Language has been made an International Language and is a way to Communicate in International Trade and Politics. This does not mean knowledge of English makes you educated a very good business man or politician. EVEN A BUM IN US OR EUROPE CAN SPEAK ENGLISH...SOME PEOPLE LEARN WITH EXPERIENCE AND CIRCUMSTANCES and they are BETTER than ANY BUM!!!!!!!! I am disappointed by your outlook towards Indian Politics..Just wait for 20 to 30 years and Indian's will show Intelligence counts and not Language Hey Guys,
