Synopsis: Shankar completes his studies abroad and returns to discover that his former businessman and jailbird father Jagat Narayan has transformed himself into an unscrupulous Godman by the name of Mahaprabhu Janak Sagar Jagat Narayan who dupes gullible people. His dad has learned a few magic tricks from a fellow-inmate, and fools the entire township with his ‘divine’ powers. When Shankar rebels, he is thrown out of the house. Undaunted, he enlists the assistance of a famous magician Goga and pits him against his father. Things get complicated when Goga gets rid of the criminals, but becomes so enamoured of the power he wields, that he refuses to leave!
