I have been there recently. Great airport but the transportation sucks and the prices are so expensive. It does not stink like all other Indian airports. But we have to see how they maintain this airport in the future.

It is the best airport and it is properly organised by GMR. Handsoff to them. But only problem is that it is too far from the city and it is hard for the people who are coming from Chandanagar or dilkusnagar.

I wish go and work in that airport man. This is the one

Airport is excellent,but nobody knows the procedures..heheh….airport doesn’t have a internet facility…can you beleive that..kiosks not enabled…its still having lot of problems in coming down to the airport..

I think this is the best airport in the country. Regarding the distance from the city I would say to gain something we lose some thing.

I was glad that I was suppose to travel on 23rd, the second flight KLM to depart, fortunately it got delayed by 22hrs. Its good enough comparing to old one with respect to infrastructure and service, of course customs section is the same. Overall, we can proudly say that we have a good airport in Hyd.

The idiots did not give a Telugu name to the airport. Rajiv Gandhi Intl Airport - how the hell is Rajiv Gandhi related to Andhra?

The AP govt. has no self-respect. It is a matter of shame for all Telugus that this airport has been named so

This is India…dude..If you were the husband of Sonia the airports name would be Da Vinci Intl airport…NO PLACE for tricks ONLY POLITICS

pros:
nice and clean, very friendly staff, fast baggage check, holds a “Hard rock cafe” and couple of restaurants..

cons:
Immigration staff is still same and they suck big time, lacks signage, needs a lounge and authentic local restaurants..(come on GMR every international airport has best authentic local food ..)
