England couldn’t have had a more disastrous start to their India tour as the visitors went down by 158 runs in the first ODI at Rajkot on Friday. Chasing 388, England were bowled out for 229 in only 37.4 overs. Kevin Pietersen waged a lone battle with a fighting 63. Yuvraj Singh roared back to form by slamming a whirlwind unbeaten 138 as India pulverised England to pile up a record 387 for five in the first one-dayer here on Friday.

This was a borin match, 1 sided affair. Infact the test matchs with OZ were more interesting. Hope other 1 days would more closely fought.
